Biomarkers in neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's disease's tau and amyloid-beta proteins provide early diagnostic insights. Similarly, cancer biomarkers like PSA and circulating tumor DNA enable early detection and treatment personalization. For diabetes, traditional biomarkers like HbA1c and novel ones like miRNAs are explored for better disease management. The review also discusses advancements in omics technologies and liquid biopsy methods, enhancing biomarker discovery and application.
