Guidelines and steps for completing your manuscript publication fee offline.
Payment Proof Upload Process
If you have completed your publication fee using any of the payment methods listed below, please follow these steps to upload your payment proof for verification:
Complete Your Payment
Use any one of the supported payment methods:
- PayPal
- PayUMoney
- Wise
- Remitly
- NEFT
- RTGS
- IMPS
- Mobile Banking
- Cash Deposit
After payment, save a clear screenshot or download the payment receipt.
Login to Your Author Dashboard
Login using your registered account and open your Author Dashboard.
Open Payment Upload
Navigate to:
My Papers → Pay Now → Offline Payment
Upload Payment Proof
Upload your payment screenshot or receipt. The uploaded proof should clearly show:
- Transaction ID / Payment ID
- Reference Number or UTR Number (if available)
- Payment Date
- Paid Amount
Verification & Publication
Our Finance Team will verify your payment. Once verified, your payment status will be updated and publication processing will begin.
Important Information
- Payment proof upload is applicable for PayPal, PayUMoney, Wise, Remitly, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Mobile Banking and Cash Deposit.
- Upload only a clear payment screenshot or payment receipt.
- Publication processing begins only after successful payment verification.
- Please retain your payment acknowledgement until the publication process is completed.
- All publication documents including the Digital Publication Certificate, Acceptance Letter, Editorial Review Card, Payment Receipt, Cover Page and Table of Contents will be available for download from your Author Dashboard after publication.
- This publication package includes Soft Copy Publication only. Printed hard copies are not provided.
