Login → Author Dashboard → My Papers → Pay Now → Select PayUMoney and complete your payment. Then select Offline Payment and upload your payment proof for verification.
Direct Deposit / Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS)
Authors can deposit the publication charges directly to the given account by visiting a nearby bank or via Net Banking.
Once the payment has been completed through NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Mobile Banking or Cash Deposit, please take a clear payment screenshot or transaction receipt showing the Transaction ID, Reference Number, UTR Number or Payment ID.
Login → Author Dashboard → My Papers → Pay Now → Select Offline Payment and upload your payment proof for verification.
Our finance team will verify your payment and update the payment status.
Important Notes
- Login to your Author Dashboard → My Papers → Pay Now to make online payments using Razorpay or PayUMoney.
- For Offline Payments (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Mobile Banking or Cash Deposit), upload a clear payment screenshot or transaction receipt in the Payment Proof section after completing the payment.
- Publication processing begins only after successful payment verification.
- All publication documents including the Digital Publication Certificate, Acceptance Letter, Editorial Review Card, Payment Receipt, Cover Page and Table of Contents will be available for download from the Author Dashboard after publication.
- The publication fee covers digital publication services, paper formatting, metadata generation, indexing support, online hosting, server maintenance and publishing infrastructure.
- Please retain your payment acknowledgement until the publication process has been completed.

International Wire Transfer
Authors can do the online Wire transfer by using SWIFT code. After sending the payment, please mail the payment details with Copyrights Form.
Offline Payment (Wise & Remitly)
Once the payment has been completed through Wise or Remitly, please take a clear payment screenshot or download the payment receipt and upload it in the Payment Proof section. Our finance team will verify the payment and update your payment status.
