Cancellation & Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions of IJARIIE must be accepted by the Author during Initial Submission and Final Submission, and also by signing the Author Declaration Form.

Authors are given ample time to consider publishing with us before making any payment. The journal performs all publication processes promptly which incurs significant operational costs. While authors may withdraw their paper at any time, IJARIIE maintains a strict refund policy due to these incurred expenses.

The author assumes full responsibility for the payment, and no refunds will be issued once the Article Processing Charge (APC) is confirmed and paid.

The APC is applicable per paper and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including manuscript withdrawal after payment. We recommend contacting our support team if you experience any issues during the online payment process.
