Abstract

This study focuses on the formulation and evaluation of an herbal face wash gel containing natural ingredients with known skincare benefits. The aim is to develop a gentle and effective face wash gel that harnesses the therapeutic properties of selected herbs. Key ingredients include Tulsi, Neem leaves, orange peel, each renowned for their antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. The gel formulation was prepared and subjected to various quality control tests, including pH, viscosity, and microbial limit tests. The results indicate that the herbal face wash gel is stable, safe, and effective for regular use, promoting clear and healthy skin without causing irritation or dryness. The study concludes that herbal face wash gels can be a viable alternative to synthetic products, offering a natural solution for skincare
