Abstract
The objective of the research was to determine how motivation and organizational support influence the performance of teachers in the public schools of Mawab District. The study was based on the premise that a motivated teacher who receives good organizational support will perform effectively and at a high level in performing their teaching duties. The specific purpose of the research was to determine if motivation and organizational support have a significant impact on the performance of teachers. A quantitative approach for the study was employed. Teacher participants were selected from the Mawab District and were participants in the study. The primary data collection tool was a survey questionnaire that was adapted for this study. The data collected was analyzed with appropriate statistical methods to determine how the variables were related and how they affected each other. The analysis showed that motivation and organizational support both had a positive, significant effect on the performance of teachers. Teachers who received increased levels of motivation and organizational support demonstrated outstanding performance in carrying out their professional duties and responsibilities. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that motivation and organizational support are key drivers of the performance of teachers. Therefore, it is suggested that administrators and educational leaders work to increase organizational support systems and implement strategies that provide motivation to educators, thereby increasing their effectiveness and productivity in the workplace.
