Abstract
Conflicts are an inevitable part of any organizational setting, including schools, where individuals with diverse backgrounds, values, and perspectives interact regularly. In school environments, conflicts often arise between school heads (principals or administrators) and teachers, influencing the overall atmosphere, effectiveness, and productivity of the institution. These conflicts can stem from differences in teaching methods, administrative decisions, communication gaps, and role expectations. If not effectively managed, unresolved conflicts can lead to decreased morale, reduced job satisfaction, and a negative impact on student learning outcomes.
