Abstract
job satisfaction. This study investigates the role of EI in enhancing job satisfaction among employees in the Banking and IT sectors. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 200 employees (100 from banking and 100 from IT) through standardized EI and Job Satisfaction questionnaires. Statistical analyses, including correlation, t-tests, and regression, were conducted to examine the relationship between EI and job satisfaction and compare patterns across sectors. The study found a significant positive correlation between EI and job satisfaction in both sectors, with banking employees showing slightly higher EI levels contributing to job satisfaction. The findings suggest that organizations can enhance employee satisfaction and performance by integrating EI development programs.
