Abstract

This article examines the convergences and divergences between the concept of quality as defined by ISO standards and the perspective offered by the Bible, along with their applications in organizational management. ISO standards provide a universal, structured, and measurable framework aimed at stakeholder satisfaction and continuous improvement. The Bible offers an ethical and spiritual perspective grounded in integrity, justice, service, and faithfulness. Although their purposes and foundations differ, both approaches share common values such as the pursuit of excellence, responsible leadership, and transparency. Integrating biblical values into an ISO-based management system strengthens the human and moral dimensions of organizational performance. Practical recommendations are provided to help leaders combine technical rigor with ethical depth, fostering management that is efficient, sustainable, and meaningful.
