Abstract
In this study, we present a framework for automated bug detection in Machine learning methods
are increasingly applied within software engineering. The main objective of this approach is to
framework is to provide developers with real-time feedback while they are writing code, so that
potential issues can be identified and addressed immediately. By catching problems early in the
development process, the chances of bugs slipping into the final product are greatly reduced. A major advantage of this method is its capacity to fit seamlessly into current development
practices without creating additional complications. Instead of depending solely on conventional
testing approaches, which are usually performed in later stages, the framework delivers early
feedback that enhances efficiency and accuracy in identifying potential errors. Our work not only introduces a new technical solution but also shows how it can be applied in
practical settings. This makes it highly relevant for everyday software development, where the
balance between speed and quality is often difficult to maintain. In addition, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of how automated bug detection
is evolving as a field. It provides a foundation for further improvements and opens the door for
future exploration. Ultimately, we see this as a step forward in building smarter, more reliable
tools that support developers and strengthen the overall software development process.
