Abstract
Objectif – Évaluer les caractéristiques épidémiologiques, cliniques et thérapeutiques de la grossesse extra-utérine (GEU) dans un contexte hospitalier mauritanien. Patientes et méthode – Étude rétrospective descriptive menée sur 50 cas de GEU colligés au CHZ entre novembre 2022 et octobre 2024. Résultats – Fréquence de 0,34 %, patientes jeunes (29 ans), nullipares ou paucipares. La symptomatologie était dominée par les métrorragies (34 %) et les douleurs pelviennes (30 %). Le diagnostic a reposé sur l'échographie endovaginale (64 % d'images latéro-utérines). Le traitement chirurgical (laparotomie) a concerné 70 % des patientes. Aucun décès n'a été enregistré. Conclusion – Le diagnostic précoce par échographie et bêta-HCG permet d'éviter les complications. L'élargissement de l'accès à la coelioscopie et la promotion d'une prise en charge rapide sont essentiels.
