Abstract
This paper examines the multifaceted factors contributing to the success of startups in Bangalore, a leading startup hub in India. Through an extensive literature review of 50 IEEE Xplore-indexed studies published between 2015 and 2024, this paper identifies key influences such as urban digital infrastructure, cloud technologies, AI/ML adoption, venture capital access, policy support, and inclusivity. A survey with over 100 startup stakeholders in Bangalore supplements the secondary research, providing empirical insights into how these factors play out on the ground. The findings suggest a convergence between technological innovation, government enablement, and human capital as core enablers of startup success in the digital age.
