Abstract
The Russia-Ukraine war, which erupted in February 2022, has profoundly reshaped the global economic landscape. This armed conflict has triggered an array of economic disruptions—from surging commodity prices to the reconfiguration of trade routes and increasing geopolitical tensions. This paper investigates the multidimensional effects of the war on global trade, energy security, food supply, financial markets, inflationary trends, and defense expenditure.
