This study explores the impact of internship collaborations on enhancing the skills of MBA students at Alagappa University in Karaikudi. By engaging with corporate and industry partners, students gain hands-on experience that strengthens their analytical, managerial, and leadership capabilities. The research examines how internships contribute to skill development, employability, and overall career readiness. Through surveys and interviews with students, faculty, and industry professionals, the study highlights key benefits and challenges associated with internship programs. Findings indicate that structured internship collaborations significantly enhance practical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and professional networking opportunities. The study concludes with recommendations for strengthening internship partnerships to maximize student learning outcomes and career success.
