Abstract
The reform of the Moroccan Education System arouses the interest of everyone by being often the subject of debates. On our side, we have attempted to study the implementation of reform in the Moroccan education system. Thereby, we consider that effective project management is one of the determining factors for the good governance of any organization, especially an educational system. It allows reform actors to effectively manage all of their activities in a spirit of responsibility and accountability. It is so important for the successful project management that the various processes of planning, implementation, monitoring and control are respected. Our study focuses on evaluating the adoption of this new approach in the reform of the Moroccan education system. This will allow us to approach the strategic vision from a particular angle and especially to bring more elements of understanding of the phenomenon of reform in order to improve the decision making to enhance the chances for successful reform of the Moroccan education system. At the empirical level, our study was based on a qualitative research method (semi-structured interviews).
