This app helps people deal with stress, anxiety, and depression using tools designed to target each of its components. Features - • Provides soothing audio and video in order to calm one’s anxiety or stress. • Provides a journal for everyday entry about one’s feeling and thoughts. • Provides a community to share experiences with; everyone works together. • Provides meditation techniques for stress relief. • Rate your feelings to keep track of any improvement.
