Abstract
PancreaCare AI is an intelligent healthcare platform developed for automated pancreatic tumor detection, predictive pathological interpretation, and AI-assisted clinical support through integration of Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Generative AI technologies. The proposed framework utilizes OpenCV-based image preprocessing methodologies and CNN-driven analytical architectures for identifying tumor-associated abnormalities from pancreatic medical imagery with substantial predictive reliability. The system incorporates a Detection Page for healthcare image analysis, a Dashboard for maintaining prediction records, and a Generative AI-powered Doctors Section for medical guidance and healthcare communication. By combining intelligent image interpretation, automated medical reporting, and centralized healthcare management, the proposed framework enhances diagnostic accessibility, analytical efficiency, and technologically advanced clinical decision support throughout modern biomedical environments. The experimental outcomes demonstrate that the proposed CNN architecture achieved approximately 97.1% training accuracy and 97.0% validation accuracy, along with minimal loss values of approximately 0.06 and 0.05 respectively, validating the reliability and effectiveness of the analytical framework for pancreatic healthcare management.
