Abstract

Nowadays, fitness is the main issue faced by the people. Due to the hectic schedule and busy life people are not able to concentrate on their fitness and thus the number of unfit people is increasing day by day. They don’t know what they should eat according to their weight, height and age , most of the people are not aware about what exercise they should do to stay fit according to their age that sometimes may lead to even worse scenario. So, keeping this issue in mind our team has decided to collaborate fitness and technology together and getting something that is beneficial out of it. Technology is the most trending thing nowadays and so thus the Android applications. So, we are developing an android app in which we can suggest people what they should eat (basically the proper diet chart) and what exercises they should perform according to their weight, height and age. Making people to stay fit by being at home and it will be also suitable for their hectic life.
