Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming accounting education by improving learning and skill development. However, its effective use depends on students’ awareness and readiness to adopt such technologies. This study examines the level of AI awareness and skill readiness among commerce students and analyses the relationship between these variables. Primary data will be collected through a structured questionnaire using Likert-scale items.
Descriptive statistics and one-sample t-tests will be used to assess awareness and readiness, while correlation and regression analysis will examine their relationship. The findings are expected to provide insights into students’ preparedness for AI adoption in accounting and suggest improvements in curriculum and training.
