Abstract
The Chatbot-Based Helpdesk for Government Employees and Departments is designed to make everyday administrative communication faster, easier, and more reliable. Instead of waiting for manual responses or searching through lengthy documents, employees can simply ask questions and receive instant, accurate answers through an intelligent conversational system. The chatbot helps with common queries related to leave policies, service rules, department procedures, document status, and basic HR or administrative support. By using natural-language understanding, it interacts like a real assistant—guiding users, offering suggestions, and providing relevant information within seconds. This system not only reduces workload for helpdesk staff but also improves transparency and service efficiency across government departments. Overall, the chatbot acts as a smart digital helper that supports employees, saves time, and ensures smooth internal operations
