UNRAVELING JOB EXPERIENCES OF AB ENGLISH GRADUATES

Jobs are very important to the human lives, to support financial stability, personal satisfactions, and societal progress. They provide income, purpose, social bonds, and opportunities for growth, making it essential for individuals and society as a whole. Even so, every person has a desired career they want to achieve as they pave their way in educating themselves. Together with advantages, some AB English graduates have essential experiences challenges, coping mechanisms, and suggestions pertaining to their work that other graduates did not encounter or perceive. The sole purpose of this qualitative study explores the experiences that faced by the AB English Graduates in their workplace. The data were gathered through in-depth interview with the participants and analyzed through thematic analysis as this used a phenomenological designed research. It was found that even if the participants have good and bad experiences in their workplace, They use it as a tool or motivations to help them grow. Also they highlighted that communicating, writing, and research skills are important from being a clerk, and as private secretaries, as well as virtual assistants. The results of this inquiry suggest that AB English graduates experiences varied in terms of their success in fields like teaching and administration. They also faced challenges in job competition and relevance of skills, which then they cope through continuous learning and adaptability, as well as stronger alumni support services to better prepare other students. There is a need for the institution to enhance career preparation through practical training and industry relationships.
