This study explores the strategic approaches employed by inclusive business startups that aim to alleviate poverty while achieving sustainable market presence. By examining the intersection of social innovation and market penetration strategies, the research highlights how these enterprises integrate community-focused solutions with competitive business models. The analysis draws from case studies and qualitative interviews with startup founders operating in economically marginalized areas. Findings reveal that success is largely influenced by the ability to align core social missions with adaptive marketing strategies, scalable innovations, and stakeholder engagement. These enterprises demonstrate that market-driven solutions can coexist with inclusive growth, contributing to both economic development and poverty reduction. The study provides insights for policymakers, investors, and entrepreneurs seeking to foster sustainable impact-driven businesses in emerging economies. It also emphasizes the value of designing strategies that are responsive to the needs of underserved populations while maintaining business viability.
