Abstract
An intelligent humanoid system called AURA (Automated User-Responsive Robot) or KRIA (Kinetically Responsive Intelligent Assistant Robot) aim is to provide assistance across various tasks within college campus. Equipped with advanced capabilities such as talking, face recognition, and movement, KRIA becomes a versatile asset within educational environments. The primary objective of KRIA is to enhance the efficiency and convenience of college campus operations by providing assistance to students, faculty, and staff. Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms are seamlessly integrated into KRIA, empowering it to interactively respond to queries concerning college information, ranging from campus events to academic schedules and administrative procedures. Additionally, sophisticated face recognition technology enhances KRIA's ability to accurately identify individuals within the campus community. KRIA's mobility capabilities enable it to traverse through campus environments effortlessly, facilitating timely responses to inquiries and effective assistance in various locations. Notably, KRIA can be controlled via Bluetooth commands, offering users a convenient means of interaction and control over its functionalities. This integration of Bluetooth functionality further enhances KRIA's versatility and ease of use within the campus environment, allowing for seamless communication and command execution transforming customer service and education by increasing efficiency and personalisation. Workflows include real-time attendance tracking (using Haarcascade and LBPH), QR-based navigation, and AI-driven conversational exchanges via a Gemini-powered Voice Bot are all automated by combining AI, NLP, facial recognition, and motion planning. AURA provides a scalable, future-ready solution for adaptive learning and operational performance by doing away with manual processes, improving user engagement, and streamlining resource management.
