Over the years, our Party and State have had many priority guidelines and policies in investing in human resource development for ethnic minorities and mountainous areas. In particular, the policy of vocational training for rural workers and ethnic minorities has brought practical results, contributing to the socio-economic development of ethnic minorities and mountainous areas. It can be said that the vocational training policy associated with job creation for ethnic minorities is one of the basic and practical solutions to help ethnic minority communities have stable jobs and rise out of poverty sustainably. Vocational training for rural workers in Thai Nguyen has contributed to the restructuring of labor in rural areas in the direction of increasing the proportion of workers working in the fields of industry and services, reducing the proportion of workers working in the fields of agriculture, forestry, and fishery, many households when people are participating in vocational training and having jobs with stable incomes have escaped poverty, some have become decent and rich households..
