Abstract
This study investigates the relationship between perceived brand quality and brand loyalty, and the moderating role of association duration of dealers. Drawing on the literature of consumer behavior and brand management, this research proposes that a longer association duration between consumers and brands enhances the positive impact of perceived brand quality on brand loyalty. This study contributes to the literature by providing a deeper understanding of the boundary conditions of the relationship between perceived brand quality and brand loyalty.
