Abstract
Cloud kitchens, sometimes referred to as virtual or ghost kitchens, have completely changed the meal delivery market by providing effective, affordable, and technologically advanced substitutes for conventional dine-in restaurants. The elements that affect customer happiness, loyalty, and ordering patterns in Coimbatore city are the main subject of this study, which explores consumer behaviour and preferences regarding cloud kitchen services. The research uses both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, gaining insights from secondary data from industry reports and primary data obtained through structured questionnaires. The results point to important motivators include food quality, cost, ease of use, and the effectiveness of digital interfaces. Consumer concerns about sustainability, openness, and hygiene are also examined. According to the report, there are a lot of tech-savvy customers that appreciate digital interaction, fast service, and a varied menu. Limitations like geographic focus and changing market dynamics are also acknowledged. This study attempts to give cloud kitchen operators practical insights to improve customer experience, create focused marketing campaigns, and guarantee long-term success by examining the reasons behind frequent ordering and favoured cuisines. The study comes to the conclusion that, in a competitive cloud kitchen environment, customer-centric innovation and high-quality service are essential for establishing trust and encouraging loyalty
