Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine how much influence leadership, career paths, and motivation have on employee performance at SMP Negeri 27 Bekasi City. This study used a sampling method of 35 respondents. The analysis uses qualitative analysis using hypothesis testing and the data is analyzed using multiple regression tests and data processing using SPSS29. The results showed that leadership had a significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of t count 3.774> t table 2.039. Furthermore, career paths on employee performance also have a significant effect with a contribution of t count 3.477> t table 2.039. Then motivation on employee performance has a positive and significant effect has a contribution of 4.507> t table 2.039. The determination test regression test shows that simultaneously has a positive effect with a contribution of 84% to employee performance. The remaining 16% is influenced by other variables that must be further researched.
