Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, data was collected through structured questionnaires, interviews, and organizational records. The findings reveal that comprehensive welfare programs lead to higher employee morale, reduced absenteeism, and greater organizational commitment. However, effectiveness varies depending on industry type, organizational culture, and employee perception. The study underscores the need for continuous evaluation and customization of welfare policies to align with employee expectations and organizational goals.
