Research paper on Socio Economic Living Condition of Muslims in Bangalore

This study explores the socio-economic status of Muslims residing in Anaepalya, Bangalore, with a focus on individuals aged 35 to 65. Using qualitative interviews, the research examines various aspects such as employment, income levels, education, housing, and access to public services. The findings reveal significant challenges faced by this demographic, including economic insecurity, limited educational opportunities, and systemic barriers to upward mobility. The study also highlights community resilience and informal support networks as key coping mechanisms. These insights aim to inform policymakers and stakeholders about the nuanced socio-economic realities of marginalized urban Muslim communities in Bangalore.
