Abstract

We present a case of a 58-year-old man with delayed diagnosis of clear cell renal carcinoma due to socioeconomic constraints and prolonged NSAID self-medication. Despite preoperative imaging suggesting a Bosniak IV cystic mass, intraoperative findings revealed unexpected vascular adhesions and hemorrhage leading to fatal complications. This case highlights critical limitations in current diagnostic pathways and proposes a modified management algorithm for complex renal masses in resource-limited settings.
