Abstract
Blockchain technology is transforming supply chain management by enhancing transparency, traceability, and efficiency across industries. This paper explores the current applications of blockchain in supply chain systems, highlighting its ability to ensure data integrity and facilitate seamless coordination among stakeholders. Key areas discussed include provenance tracking, smart contracts, and fraud prevention.
