Abstract
The paper investigates the use of pre-trained convolutional neural networks (CNNs) for the automated detection of malaria in blood smear images. Our study achieves an accuracy of over 94% and offers a scalable solution to address the shortage of resources and personnel in malaria diagnostics.
This research provides significant insights into the application of artificial intelligence and deep learning in medical diagnostics, particularly for malaria detection. We believe that our findings will contribute meaningfully to the ongoing discourse and development in this area.
