Abstract
Revit is a commercial Building Information Modelling (BIM) software by the company Autodesk. Autodesk Revit allows users to create, edit and review 3D models in exceptional detail. The Revit platform is Autodesk purpose-built solution for building information modelling. Application such as Revit Architecture, Revit Structure and Revit MEP built on the Revit platform are complete, discipline specific building designs and documentation systems supporting all phases of design and construction documentation. Revit is able to provide a digital visualization of a building or structure in 3D. For commercial building it is very helpful for visualizing the building before construction is made on the field. Revit is great for modelling, generating cost schedules, collaboration and change management. In this project we have detailed explanation of modelling of G+14 building by using Revit. The main motto of this project is to explain the advantages of good planning. The goal of this project is to understand the ideas to make 3D model using Revit Architecture.
