This article scrutinizes the emergence of digital humanity in contemporary society, focusing on the transformations, ethical considerations, and inequalities prompted by the rapid advancement of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs). Employing a socio-cognitive approach, the authors delve into the writings of Milad Doueihi on digital humanity, considering this concept as an adaptation of scholarly discourse to the digital culture. The research also draws upon the works of Paul Mounier and Olivier LeDeuff to contextualize the changes in humanities and social sciences in response to the ascent of the digital era. Special emphasis is placed on digital humanism, a fourth paradigm defined by Doueihi, which explores how the digital realm influences human behaviors and shapes new identity constructions. The researchers examine digital practices, highlighting the complexity of digital identity as a self-projection in a digital space, distinct from traditional identity.
