Assessing its potential to boost trade, energy production, and regional cooperation, it emerges as a potential counterbalance to China's Belt and Road Initiative. Employing qualitative method, the study delves into economic, political, security, cultural, and environmental facets. The analysis explores implications for international trade, regional cooperation, and global geopolitics, contributing to understanding trans-regional projects' roles in shaping global landscapes.
