Abstract
This article is about my practical study of employee motivation and the factors of motivation. in this article, I addressed the most effective motivational factors that a manager should focus on to motivate his subordinates at the workplace. I hope this will also guide students and upcoming managers about the concept of motivating employees, who are working in an organization.
