Abstract
This study was designed to analyze the actual situation of production and business efficiency of small and medium-sized construction enterprises in Hai Phong city, Vietnam. Research findings show that the size of small and medium enterprises in the field of construction tends to grow during the research period; the average capital size for business activities tends to grow. However, the business performance of small and medium-sized construction enterprises has not yet reached the available potential. Based on that research, the author proposes solutions to improve the business efficiency of small and medium-sized construction enterprises in Hai Phong city, Vietnam.
