Abstract
Smart College Management System is a web based application which is the new technical way to manage all department related jobs and works. Smart College Management system is helpful for Students, Staff, Office as well as the college. In the existing system all the activities are done manually. It is very costly and time consuming also manual labors include. In our proposed system, students can view attendance, view notice, send Document request, send Bonafide Request using Web application. The data will be stored in college server or cloud server. To store the data, the SQL server will be used. The Admin, Faculty, HR, R & D, Office or the student should be a register user. The faculty can login into their college account through the web application itself and update the attendance report, send notice, send notes for students. In this system students have easy access for viewing attendance, notes, notice, the application will check user authentication.
