Language is a phenomenon which can hardly be viewed separate from its very inherent component and culture. This component does by all means play a significant role in enabling the language to gain a global status. No doubt, some prominent issues do contribute to this process: scientific works, political, economic, and military supremacy. English as the global academic language facilitates the international mobility of young researchers. English has been the language of choice for many international scholarly journals. Academic writing is complex, formal, objective, explicit, hedged, and responsible. It is organized and planned precisely and accurately. Researchers say about the academic writing style that the academic writing should strive for clarity, maturity, and formality and should strike a balance between confidence and tentativeness.
