Abstract

This study was designed to assess the impact of young workers on attracting investment capital into industrial parks in Bac Ninh province through supply-side approach - directly from workers. The research findings are shown by calculating the adaptive capacity of young labours. Data of the study were collected from 216 young employees working in industrial parks in Bac Ninh province. The results show that the adaptive capacity of young workers is not high. Based on that analysis, the author proposes several solutions to improve the quality of young workers, contributing to attracting investment capital into industrial parks in Bac Ninh province, especially in the context of integration to the international economy getting deeper and broader now.
