Abstract

English listening is one of the compulsory modules in the high quality training programme of the University of Economics and Business Administration – Thai Nguyen University (TUEBA) and plays an important role in students’ English language ability as well as in their future career perspectives. However, the English learning process of students is influencing by many factors. This article will help to identify, analyze the strengths and weaknesses and give some recommendation to improve the English language teaching and learning process in TUEBA’s high quality training programme.
