Theme of the conference: The Two Day National Conference is jointly organized by Women’s University College of Education, MTWU and Shanthi Niketan College of Education in a collaborative way to stress the importance of Values and Value Education among Student Teachers who are the future teachers and to be given the responsibility of moulding many students in their life time. This may help our Nation to have good human resources who are very much needed to make developed India by 2020 as dreamed by our then President Honorable A.P.J.Abdul Kalam. Objectives of the Conference: Experts from various institutions are expected to share their expertise in the conference to achieve the following objectives • To know the status of Value Education in Teacher Education • To understand the Values of the 21st Century • To find strategies to resolve Value Conflicts • To study the role of teachers in inculcating Values among Students • To bring out the impact Values on Life.
