Abstract
3GPP is characterizing the long haul development (LTE) and long haul development progressed LTE Advanced)for picking up the 4G innovation status, with the end goal to keep up the future aggressiveness of 4G innovation. This paper examines the enhancement ventures for HO components in long haul development (LTE) framework which is as a rule formally submitted as an applicant 4G framework.
