Abstract
Liber Primus begins with selection of verses from the Prophet Isaiah and the principal teaching of the Fourth Gospel. Liber Secundus returns back to yet another Prophet of the Old Testament, Jeremiah. Liber Tertius—Scrutinies—does not begin with any Biblical verse still retains a Christian character and Jung sees the Promised Land as documented in the Book of Exodus. The paper reflects on the relevance of the Biblical verses in Christian life and the choice of the same in the context of Liber Novus. The paper also recollects the structure of the life of Carl Jung.
