This paper bargains with the plan of welding installation for the brake pedal gathering of Auto rickshaw. The brake pedal welding installation comprise of five parts to be specific brake pedal, Bush, brake pedal plug, bracket, washer, that have to be welded each other with the desired resistance and welding quality with least time prerequisite and with least powers act.
