Abstract
Wire cut electrical discharge machining process (WEDM) is one of the most emerging non conventional manufacturing processes for machining hard to cut material and intricate shapes which are not possible with conventional machining methods. This paper reviews the effect of various WEDM process parameters such as pulse on time, pulse off time, peak current on different parameters such as surface roughness to optimize using RSM.
