Abstract
Friction stir welding (FSW), a solid-state joining technique, is being extensively used in similar as well as dissimilar joining of Al, Mg, Cu, Ti, and their alloys. In the present study, friction stir welding of two aluminium alloys—AA6063 and AA5052—was carried out at various combinations of tool rotation speeds and tool transverse speeds. In This we tends to analyse the Aluminium alloy (AA6063 AND AA5052) by similar and dissimilar specimen by using Milling Machine.
