Abstract

Hypo Kinetic diseases are the conditions that occur from sedentary life. A sedentary life style is a type living style with no or irregular physical activity. Sedentary activities include sitting, reading, watching television, playing video games and computer for much of the day with little or no vigorous physical exercise. Such type of life style can contribute to many preventable causes of death.
