Abstract

This study aimed to determine the levels of strategic management, resiliency, and job satisfaction among public elementary school teachers. Specifically, it sought to assess the level of strategic management in terms of goal alignment, decision-making, performance evaluation, communication systems, and resource allocation. It also aimed to examine the level of teacher resiliency in terms of adaptability, emotional regulation, stress management, and perseverance. Furthermore, the study sought to determine the level of job satisfaction of teachers, focusing on work environment satisfaction, relationships with supervisors, rewards, growth opportunities, and role clarity. In addition, the study investigated whether there is a significant relationship between strategic management and job satisfaction, as well as between teacher resiliency and job satisfaction. Finally, it aimed to determine whether strategic management and teacher resiliency, when considered together, can predict teachers’ job satisfaction..
