Abstract
This project presents an AI-powered search and rescue drone designed to assist emergency teams during earthquake emergencies. The drone provides real-time aerial footage through FPV goggles, allowing operators to visually inspect collapsed structures and identify people who may be trapped. It is capable of autonomous flight and can be directed to specific locations without manual control. The system includes a feature to send captured images and location data to rescue personnel through a mobile app; however, due to stability issues in the application, the communication was demonstrated using alternative messaging platforms. Despite this limitation, the drone successfully performed real-time monitoring and delivered clear visual evidence during field testing. The project demonstrates an effective and efficient method of supporting search and rescue operations using low-cost unmanned aerial technology.
